Vatican Physiotherapy Center
Move without pain. Get back to the life you had.
A specialist physiotherapy clinic for orthopedic recovery, sports injury, post-operative rehab and long-standing pain. Every patient starts with a full assessment and leaves with a plan that has your name on it.
About the clinic
A clinic built around hands-on care, not a conveyor belt
We opened with one rule: nobody gets handed a photocopied exercise sheet. Your first visit is a full movement and strength assessment, and everything after that is built from what we find.
Our therapists are licensed clinicians with hospital and sports backgrounds, and they stay with you from assessment through to discharge — so nothing gets lost between sessions.
Our services
Four specialisms, one clinic
Whatever brought you here — an injury, an operation, or pain that never quite went away — treatment starts with finding the cause.
Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Hands-on treatment for joints, muscles and bone — arthritis, fractures, stiffness and lost range of motion.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Structured return-to-play programs for athletes and active people, from sprains and strains to post-ACL recovery.
Pain Management Therapy
Drug-free, non-invasive treatment for persistent back, neck and joint pain that hasn’t settled on its own.
Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
Protocol-led recovery after an operation, rebuilding strength and movement at a pace your surgeon signs off on.
Why patients stay with us
Physiotherapy works when the plan is specific and someone keeps you honest about it. That’s the whole model here.
A plan written for your body
Assessment first, always. Your program is built from how you actually move, not from a diagnosis label.
Licensed, experienced therapists
Every session is delivered by a qualified physiotherapist — never handed off to an assistant.
Equipment that earns its place
Manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy and a full rehab gym, used where the evidence supports it.
Appointments that fit your week
Early mornings and evening slots, so treatment doesn't cost you a day's work.
Before your first visit
Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
No. You can book an assessment directly. If your insurer requires a referral for reimbursement we’ll tell you at the first visit, and we’re happy to write to your GP or surgeon.
How long is a session, and how many will I need?
A first assessment runs about 45–60 minutes; follow-ups are usually 30–45. Most straightforward problems settle in 4–8 sessions. You’ll get an honest estimate at the end of the assessment.
Will the treatment hurt?
Some hands-on techniques and loaded exercises are uncomfortable in the moment, but treatment should never leave you worse the next day. Tell your therapist and the plan gets adjusted.
What should I bring or wear?
Loose clothing you can move in, any scans or surgical notes you have, and your insurance details. Shorts are useful for knee, hip or ankle problems.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with [NUMBER] insurers and can bill most of them directly. Bring your card and we’ll confirm your cover before treatment starts.
Ready to start your recovery?
Book an assessment and leave with a clear plan — what’s wrong, how long it should take, and what we’ll do about it.
