Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Get back on the pitch, the court or the road — at full capacity, not just pain-free.
Overview
Return-to-play programs with a date attached
Pain-free is not the same as ready. Most re-injuries happen because an athlete returned when symptoms settled rather than when capacity came back. Our sports rehabilitation program treats the injury, then rebuilds strength, power and control to the level your sport demands.
Every program is built around your sport’s specific loads — the cutting and landing demands of football, the overhead volume of racket sports, the mileage progression of running. You leave with objective return-to-play criteria, not a guess.

Questions about this treatment
Can you work alongside my coach or club physio?
Yes, and it usually produces a better outcome. With your consent we’ll share the program and testing results so training loads match your rehab stage.
I've had surgery already — is this the right service?
Early post-operative work sits under post-surgery rehabilitation; once you’re cleared for loading we move you into return-to-sport programming. Same team either way.
How is 'ready to return' decided?
By measurement: strength within a set percentage of your uninjured side, hop and landing tests passed, and a graded return to full training completed without symptoms.
