The terms on which you may use physiotherapyhelp.com, and what our website does and doesn’t promise.
These terms govern your use of physiotherapyhelp.com, operated by Vatican Physiotherapy Center, a physiotherapy clinic licensed in Dubai and located at Office No. 809, Fakhruddin Properties, Abraj Street, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O.Box: 182935
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it. Effective from 15 September 2026.
This website is not medical advice
Everything on this site — the service pages, the condition lists, the FAQs — is general information about physiotherapy. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not advice about your particular problem.
Two symptoms can look identical and have completely different causes. Nothing here substitutes for an assessment by a licensed clinician who has examined you. Don’t start, stop or change treatment on the strength of something you read on this website, and don’t delay seeing someone because of it.
Reading this site doesn't make you our patient
A clinician-patient relationship begins when you attend the clinic, we assess you, and we agree to take you on. Browsing the site, filling in the contact form or emailing us does not create one, and does not place us under a duty of care towards you.
Appointment requests
The form on our contact page sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking. Your appointment exists once we have contacted you and agreed a time — until then, nothing is held.
Please keep clinical detail out of the form. Tell us what service you need and we’ll take your history properly at the appointment.
In an emergency, don't use this website
If you are seriously injured, in severe pain, or have symptoms that worry you — sudden loss of power or sensation, loss of bladder or bowel control, chest pain, breathing difficulty, a suspected fracture — call 998 for an ambulance or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not send us a form and wait for a reply.
Fees and insurance
Prices quoted on the site or by phone are indicative and current at the time of quoting. The fee for your treatment is confirmed before it starts.
Where we bill your insurer directly, that’s a convenience we offer, not a guarantee of cover. Whether a claim is approved is between you and your insurer, and you remain responsible for any amount they decline, along with any excess or co-payment.
Results vary
Any recovery timeline, patient story or outcome described on this site reflects one person’s experience. Physiotherapy outcomes depend on your diagnosis, your general health, how long the problem has been there and how consistently you do the program. We don’t promise you a particular result, and nothing on this site should be read as promising one.
Our content
The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to Vatican Physiotherapy Center or to our licensors, and are protected under UAE copyright law.
You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
How you may use the site
Please don’t:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches UAE law
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation
- harvest data from the site by automated means
- impersonate someone else, or submit another person's details without their permission
We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other organisations — regulators, insurers, professional bodies. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

We try to keep the site running and its information current, but we don’t guarantee either. Pages may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
