Services
Our services
Four areas of physiotherapy, delivered by clinicians who specialise in them rather than cover everything at once.
Treatment starts with finding the cause, not chasing the symptom
Pain in one place is often a problem somewhere else — a stiff hip that shows up as back pain, a weak shoulder blade behind a rotator cuff that keeps flaring. Every course of treatment here opens with a full assessment of how you move, so the program targets the thing actually driving your symptoms. Hands-on therapy settles the pain; loaded, progressive exercise is what keeps it gone.
Choose the area that fits your problem
Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Hands-on treatment for joints, muscles and bone — arthritis, fractures, stiffness and lost range of motion.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Structured return-to-play programs for athletes and active people, from sprains and strains to post-ACL recovery.
Pain Management Therapy
Drug-free, non-invasive treatment for persistent back, neck and joint pain that hasn’t settled on its own.
Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
Protocol-led recovery after an operation, rebuilding strength and movement at a pace your surgeon signs off on.
How treatment works
The same four stages whichever service you come in for.
Assessment
A 45–60 minute appointment: history, hands-on examination and movement testing to find what’s driving the problem.
Treatment plan
You get a written plan — the diagnosis in plain language, the number of sessions expected, and what success looks like.
Active therapy
Hands-on treatment in clinic, progressive exercise between visits, and a program that’s re-tested as you improve.
Recovery and maintenance
Discharge with a maintenance program, plus a review appointment if the problem is one that tends to return.
Insurance, payment and referrals
We bill most major insurers directly, so in most cases you pay only your excess or co-payment at the desk. Self-funding patients get the full price list before booking — no surprise charges at discharge.
- No doctor's referral required to book an assessment
- Written reports to your GP, surgeon or insurer on request
- Card, bank transfer and cash accepted at the clinic
